一、 崗位職責 1、 招投標工作 a) 負責各省市交易平臺備案及CA鎖、電子印章等執行及管理工作; b) 資格預審、商務標書制作、投標、開標等基本商務文件的擬寫。協助市場總監、市場經理進行基本商務文件的擬寫,提高文件的正確性及準確性; c) 合同確認后的內部流轉工作; 2、 項目輔助工作 a) 建立現行項目運作登記以保證公司內部項目運作的有序清晰; b) 負責市場部對外發出的文件進行歸類存檔,隨時掌握設計過程中發生的變化的查閱; c) 負責公司市場部合同流轉、登記、編號及歸檔工作; d) 負責公司落實和根據項目進行中各階段的審批流程類工作; e) 負責公司技術章管理工作; 3、 市場部輔助工作 a) 負責市場部內勤工作:包含但不限于考勤、快遞、報銷、市場經理開票協助、圖文制作費協助、市場部活動組織等工作;
